Dog Park Safety Rules

For everyone’s enjoyment and the safe use of these facilities, handlers must agree to the terms and conditions listed below prior to entering the off-leash areas:

ALL DOG HANDLERS MUST:

Immediately clean up after their dogs. Scooper bags and waste receptacles are provided for your convenience.

Immediately leash and remove from the park any dog that is aggressive or otherwise prevents the peaceful use of the park by others.

Never leave a dog in the park unattended.

Have no more than 3 dogs-per-person while in the park.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Adults with young children (ages 1-5) must keep their children within an arm’s length.

All male dogs entering this park must be neutered, no female dogs in heat allowed.

Dogs are to be off-leash while inside the park.

All dogs must be currently licensed and vaccinated. If dogs are not wearing license and vaccination tags, their handlers must have records of these requirements with them.

Puppies under four months old are not allowed in the park.

If your dog inflicts an injury, provide your name and phone number to the owner of the injured party before leaving the area. Owners are legally and financially responsible for their dogs’ behavior.
